ในการตรวจสุขภาพแรงงานต่างด้าวเพื่อขอใบรับรองแพทย์ประกอบการยื่นทำ Work Permit หรือ ต่อใบอนุญาตทำงานนั้นมีรายการตรวจดังนี้
• ซักประวัติและตรวจร่างกายโดยแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ / Physical Examination
• วัดความดัน โลหิต ชีพจร ชั่งน้ำหนัก วัดส่วนสูง / Vital Signs
• เอกซเรย์ทรวงอกเพื่อดูปอดและหัวใจ / Chest X-ray
• ตรวจหาสารเสพติด / Urine Met,Amphetamine
• ตรวจหาปฏิกิริยาเลือดบวกต่อเชื้อซิฟิลิส / TPHA
เอกสารใบรับรองแพทย์ 6 โรค มีโรคอะไรบ้าง
ในการตรวจสุขภาพแรงงานต่างด้าวเพื่อขอใบรับรองแพทย์ประกอบการยื่นทำ Work Permit หรือ ต่อใบอนุญาตทำงาน แพทย์จะออกใบรับรองแพทย์ 6 โรค ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย
• โรคเรื้อน / Leprosy
• วัณโรคระยะอันตราย / Advandced Pulmonary Tuberculosis
• โรคยาเสพติดให้โทษ / Drug addiction
• โรคพิษสุราเรื้อรัง / Chronic alcoholish
• โรคเท้าช้าง / Elephantiasis
• โรคซิฟิลิสในระยะที่ 3 / Tertiary syphilis

What tests are required for foreign workers to obtain a work permit?
The following tests are required for foreign workers’ health examinations to obtain a medical certificate for their work permit or work permit renewal application:
• Medical history and physical examination by a specialist (Physical Examination)
• Blood pressure, pulse, weight, height, and vital signs (Chest X-ray)
• Drug test (Urine Met, Amphetamine)
• Positive blood test for syphilis (TPHA)
